Muzika si ndërhyrje: çfarë tregojnë provat
Muzika ka më shumë prova nga provat e rastësishme sesa shumica e gjërave që shiten si mirëqenie. Efektet janë reale dhe specifike.

Një rishikim Cochrane i muzikës për pagjumësi tek të rriturit [5] është prova më e fortë këtu. Rishikimet Cochrane janë konservative nga ndërtimi, kështu që ekzistenca e njërit që trajton muzikën në tërësi reflekton një trup real provash.
Muzika nuk është një trajtim për pagjumësinë kronike — ajo është CBT-I, e mbuluar në faqen tonë të provave për gjumë. Ajo është një ndihmës me kosto të ulët me një mekanizëm të besueshëm përmes reduktimit të ngacmimit.

Ushtrime
Literatura e ushtrimeve është aty ku efektet janë më të qëndrueshme. Rishikimi meta-analitik i muzikës në ushtrime dhe sport gjen efekte në performancë dhe rezultate psikologjike, dhe prova specifike kanë shqyrtuar performancën anaerobike dhe muzikën me ritëm të shpejtë. Ndërhyrjet muzikore për rezultatet psikologjike dhe fizike janë meta-analizuar gjerësisht [4]. Aplikimet më specifike përfshijnë menaxhimin e djegies në infermierë [3] dhe rehabilitimin për neglizhencën hapësinore njëanëshe [2] — e dyta është me të vërtetë mekanike dhe jo thjesht relaksuese, duke përdorur vëmendjen auditive për të ndikuar në vëmendjen hapësinore.
