Muusika sekkumisena: mida näitavad uuringud
Muusika taga on rohkem juhuslikke katseandmeid kui enamikul asjadest, mida müüakse heaolu nimel. Mõjud on reaalsed ja spetsiifilised.
Uni
Cochrane'i ülevaade muusikast unetuse korral täiskasvanutel [5] on siin kõige tugevam tõendusmaterjal. Cochrane'i ülevaated on konstruktsioonilt konservatiivsed, seega ühegi muusika käsitlemine peegeldab tõelist katsete kogumit.
Muusika ei ole kroonilise unetuse ravi — see on CBT-I, millest on juttu meie une tõendusmaterjali saidil. See on madala hinnaga abivahend, millel on usutav mehhanism ärevuse vähendamise kaudu.
Muusika unetuse korral
Füüsiline tegevus
Füüsilise tegevuse kirjanduses on mõjud kõige järjepidevamad.
|---|---|---|
| Submaksimaalne vastupidavustreening | Hea | Madalam tajutud pingutus, pikem aeg väsimuseni |
| Kõrge intensiivsusega treening | Mõõdukas | Väiksem mõju; interotseptiivsed signaalid domineerivad |
| Une algus | Cochrane'i ülevaade [5] | Mõõdukas paranemine une kvaliteedis |
| Ärevus kliinilistes seadmetes | Meta-analüüsitud [4] | Järjepidev mõõdukas vähenemine |
| Ammendav läbipõlemine | Süsteemne ülevaade [3] | Esialgne |
| Neuroloogiline rehabilitatsioon | Süsteemne ülevaade [2] | Spetsiifiline ja lubav |
Kliinilised rakendused
Muusika sekkumisi psühholoogiliste ja füüsiliste tulemuste jaoks on laialdaselt meta-analüüsitud [4]. Spetsiifilisemad rakendused hõlmavad õdede läbipõlemise juhtimist [3] ja rehabilitatsiooni ühepoolse ruumilise tähelepanuhäire [2] korral — viimane on tõeliselt mehhanistlik, mitte lihtsalt lõõgastav, kasutades auditiivset tähelepanu ruumilise tähelepanu mõjutamiseks.
Milline on parim tempo jooksmiseks?
Kas muusika aitab mul magada?
Kas binauraalsetel taktidel on midagi taga?
